Brenda has just booked the recurring role of Mary Lamm on the hit Showtime cable television series The L Word. Her most recent episode aired in Canada last week on the Showcase Channel. My Neighbor's Keeper, Brenda's latest film, was directed by Walter Klenhard and recently made its debut on the Lifetime Cable Television Network. Check your local listings for future airings. Another of Brenda's films, Secrets of an Undercover Wife, was directed by George Mendeluk and first aired on Lifetime back in March. In other exciting news, Brenda is being featured in the brand new Dell Computers worldwide commercials, so keep your eyes peeledt!!! Her latest feature film Eight Below is now available on DVD. Directed by Frank Marshall, this Walt Disney production co-stars Paul Walker, Bruce Greenwood, Jason Biggs and some absolutely amazing canine performers.

Comeback Season made its debut in the U.S. at the Tribeca Film Festival and in Canada at the Calgary Film Festival (Camera Gala). It was also screened at the 2006 Vancouver International Film Festival. Directed by Bruce McCulloch, Comeback Season co-stars Brenda as Mrs. Eckerman, along with Ray Liotta, Rachel Blanchard, Glenne Headly and Shaun Sipos. The DVD is available in Canada courtesy of Equinox Films, and in the U.S. from First Look Home Entertainment.

The CBS Television film, Saving Milly, is a true story based on the book by Morton Kondracke and stars Bruce Greenwood and Madeline Stowe. The film takes a journey deep into the emotional and mental trauma experienced by victims of Parkinson's Disease. Brenda portrays Joan Samuleson, the real-life President of the Parkinson's Action Network, and she would like to thank Joan for her time, insight and unconditional support on this project. Brenda also sends her thanks out to Lois Raphael, Executive Director of the Parkinson Society of British Columbia, for all of her time and guidance regarding her research for this role.
